We are always trying to get better at what we do. We call this ‘Continuous Improvement.’ One of the main ways to improve any service is to listen carefully to the people who have actually used it – i.e. you, our client.

By answering the questions below, you can tell us what we did well; anything we didn’t do so well; who needs to be patted on the back for a job well done; and who needs to improve. We’ve kept our Scoring-System simple; a range of points is available for each question from 0 to 5, giving a maximum possible score of 100.

Did he ring you while they were en-route? Did he introduce himself and his team to you? Did he check the whole job before starting work? Did he control his team effectively? Did he ask you to check that everything was collected before asking you to sign off his paperwork?
