Retaining your paperwork in accordance with the financial/legal requirements requires a large amount of space within your office/home.  With the cost of office space today this is not a cost effective solution.  

Peter Morton purpose built storage facility in Paphos can offer you a cost effective solution.  With our flexible packages you have various options to suit your business needs.

• Per box or Whole Crate options.
• Access options - between 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday.
• Delivery options -  Need a file back ...... no problem we will deliver the file to your office as and when required.

Our Document Storage Packages

Per Box Package

Up to 20 archive boxes/100 lever arch files - €8 per week plus VAT

Up to 40 archive boxes/200 lever arch files - €13 per week plus VAT 

Standard Package - €18 per week plus VAT

1 x full crate – fits 60 archive boxes or 300 lever arch files.  Archive boxes fit  5 standard size lever arch files.  This option has no access built into the price and is ideal for paperwork and documents you will not need access to for a long period of time. 

Silver Package - €20 per week plus VAT

1 x full crate – fits 60 archive boxes or 300 lever arch files. Archive boxes fit 5 standard size lever arch files. This option provides full access to your crate between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm – Monday to Friday.  Option of delivery of up to either 5 archive boxes/25 lever arch files @ a cost of €10 per delivery.

Gold Package - €25 per week plus VAT

1 x full crate – fits 60 archive boxes or 300 lever arch files.  Archive boxes fit 5 standard size lever arch files.  This option provides full access between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm – Monday to Friday plus up to 30 deliveries in one year of up to 5 archive boxes/25 lever arch files per delivery.
